Help My Friends and Me Today

We are a group of Friends that back in 2013 decided we wanted to embark on an adventure to create a better, happier community for local families. Not all children grow up in homes that can afford to celebrate the holidays, and unfortunately they miss out on the traditions and stability that the holidays can forge. The non-profit organization that resulted from our dream centers around this idea of tradition - and what better time of year to create traditions, than Thanksgiving! In our first year, our goal was to help 50 families... we ended up feeding 83! Since then we've grown exponentially, and in 2017 (our fifth year) we were able to work with 540 families. Our journey began by partnering with one school in Douglas County, GA that had a need. We now work with six schools and organizations across the Greater Atlanta Area, and hope to continue expanding our reach.

Since 2013 our small group of Friends has grown every year, as has the number of families we've been able to help. Our goal is to continue this growth,  so we can expand our reach to more schools and centers throughout GA.
